Janice Roe
Co-founder of Wisp & Well, Janice is a licensed massage therapist, master cosmetologist, and certified yoga instructor. With years of experience in holistic wellness, her focus is on helping others slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. In her free time, you’ll often find her hiking with her dogs, cooking a nourishing meal for her family, or sipping herbal teas—her newest obsession.

Co-founder of Wisp & Well, Hope holds a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation & Disability Services. Her mission is to help others grow to love themselves beyond past versions, celebrating how far they’ve come while embracing their potential. In her free time, Hope enjoys home DIY projects, gardening, and baking.

Suzanne La Rosa
Suzanne La Rosa has a deep love of books and writing that has informed her long career. She is co-founder of NewSouth Booksand The NewSouth Bookstore, both operating out of Montgomery, Alabama, since 2000. Prior to that, La Rosa worked in book and magazine publishing in New York City, including The Taunton Press, The New York Times, and the Hearst Corporation. In 1989, she co-founded a regional publishing company, Black Dome Press, serving the Hudson River Valley. As publisher and editor, she has helped hundreds of authors realize their work in both book and magazine formats while shaping publishing programs at her respective companies. Suzanne lives in Montgomery with her partner, Randall Williams, and has one son, her beloved Julien.

Arely is a licensed cosmetologist whose life path took her through corporate careers before retiring in 2022 to pursue her love of handcrafted jewelry and gardening. She is the creator of Circles of Colors, offering beautiful jewelry using natural stones, minerals, and pearls, while tending her organic farm growing flowers and vegetables. During busy farm seasons, free time is limited, but she enjoys trips with her husband, visiting family, and brain games.
